My cooking is shaped by the sophisticated palates of my customers, the beautiful ingredients available here and a desire for simple elegance. I graduated from La Varenne Ecole de Cuisine in Paris and the Stratford Chef’s School in Canada. Then I worked at the Quilted Giraffe, La Colombe d’Or and March restaurants in New York. I was the opening chef at Takashimaya’s Tea Box. I have appeared on Martha Stewart Living Television, the Television Food Network’s Chef du Jour and In Food Today programs, and Public Television in the 1997 season of ” America’s Rising Star Chefs”. I co-authored the cookbook “Simple Menus for the Bento Box” with Wayne Nish, the Chef-Owner of March. It received favorable reviews from the New York Times and others. I currently cook for private clients, style food for print and television and teach local children and adults at CMEE, for Parks and Recreation Southampton and in clients homes.
